Meadville Wrestling Club Code of Conduct

1. Disrespect of Officers, Coaches, Officials, Volunteers or Parents will not be tolerated.

2. All Officers, Coaches, Officials, Volunteers and Parents will be addressed as coach, Mr. or Mrs.

3. Fighting or inappropriate actions that may harm another person will not be tolerated.

4. Abusive language or profanity will not be tolerated.

5. Disrespect of School property will not be tolerated.

6. All wrestlers shall stay within an approved designated area of the school.

7. Unsportsmanlike conduct in a match/tournament or practice will not be tolerated.

8. Grades are of the utmost importance and will take precedence over wrestling.

9. Wrestlers, parents and siblings in the practice room will not talk while the coach is instructing.

10. All parents must be present in the practice room at the end of practice for pick up of wrestlers.

Action

If any of the code of conduct is violated the child will be disciplined by the coach and will inform the parents of the violation. If a second violation occurs the coach, and parents will discuss disciplinary action of suspension from wrestling. If a third violation occurs, the coach, officers and parents will discuss the dismissal of the wrestler from the current wrestling year.
